Terms of Service

LoreArc provides a visual reference library and writing tools for fantasy creators.

Anyone can browse the library. Some features — such as uploading images, likes, saves, and writing — are available to signed-in members only.

Sign-up and sign-in use your Google account.

Your account is for your use only, and you are responsible for activity on it.

You can delete your account at any time from My Page. Images, comments, messages, manuscripts, and other content you posted are not deleted when you leave, so please delete anything you want removed beforehand.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

Copyright in an image you upload stays with its original rights holder. LoreArc does not take ownership.

To display it, you grant LoreArc a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show the image within the Service, convert its size and format, and use it to introduce the Service.

This permission ends when you delete the image, except that copies in technical backups or caches are cleared after a reasonable period.

Upload only images you created or have the right to use.

Choose the source truthfully when uploading (your own work · AI-generated · historical material · public domain/CC0).

If you upload someone else's work and know the original creator or source, please credit it.

You may not upload:

· Content that infringes others' copyright, trademarks, or other rights

· Content prohibited by law, including non-consensual intimate imagery and child sexual abuse material

· Content that defames a person or exposes personal information

· Content that promotes hatred or is excessively violent or sexual

· Advertising, spam, malware, or anything that disrupts the Service

Every image is published as soon as it is uploaded.

Anyone can flag an inappropriate image using its report button.

Images that receive a certain number of reports may be hidden automatically, and the operator then reviews them and removes or restores them.

The operator may remove content without prior notice if it falls under Section 5 or a rights holder's request is confirmed.

Repeated violations may result in a period during which your uploads are reviewed before publishing, or in restricted access.

If you disagree with a decision, you can file an appeal from My Page.

If your work was uploaded without permission, send us the image address and information showing you are the rights holder via the Contact page. We will act after confirming.

All rights in works written with the writing tools belong entirely to the member who wrote them.

Works are saved privately and are not visible to others unless the member chooses to make them public.

We may add, change, or discontinue features to improve the Service.

Members are responsible for the content they upload.

The Service is provided for reference, without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

When we change these terms, we will post the effective date and the changes on this page in advance.

Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
